Integration Consultant - Harrisburg, PA
The Integration Consultant is part of our application deployment team managing a large web applications hosting environment in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Position is work with the client and vendors to deploy and support applications in the server farm. It is also to handle support tickets and is responsible for troubleshooting Windows, IIS, SQL and application issues. Areas of expertise include IIS, SQL. The hosting environment comprises 500 Wintel servers and 250 Web-facing applications and continues to grow. It is widely recognized for its innovative use of the latest technologies from Microsoft, Cisco, and other leading IT companies.
Requirements: Strong IIS and SQL administration, and Active Directory. MCSE 2003/2008 certification. Minimum of 5 years of IT experience. 2 years of experience in administering large Windows Server networking environments with multiple sites. 2 years of hands-on experience in administering large Microsoft Exchange environments. Experience with Exchange Server will be an added advantage. Experience with DNS and WINS in large environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team player. 6-10 years experience in systems engineering and project management in networking required. Demonstrable management/leadership experience is mandatory. Experience with software and hardware integration is desirable. Firewalls, VPNS, and ATM proficiency required. Knowledge of IW issues in telecommunications networks is desirable. Experience developing and maintaining applications in XML, SXML and XQuery is essential. Working experience in MarkLogic and or Hadoop databases is a very big plus.
Network Engineer - Ashburn, VA
Experience developing and maintaining applications in XML, SXML and XQuery is essential. Working experience in MarkLogic and or Hadoop databases is a very big plus. This engineer is responsible for management of a Cisco Network Infrastructure supporting a datacenter environment with hundreds of Microsoft Windows , LINUX , AIX servers, and IBM mainframe.

Network Security Engineer - Ashburn, VA
This position is responsible for supporting multiple enterprise data centers and primarily responsible for Imperva Web App Firewall and Database firewall, and the McAfee network based Data Loss Prevention system.
Requirements: Experience with Imperva SecureSphere, Juniper SRX, McAfee DLP, and Cisco and CheckPoint firewall configuration, installation and ongoing support. Network Security experience with firewalls, intrusion prevention/detection, monitoring, and penetration testing. Extensive knowledge of switching, routing, and associated protocols including Ethernet, TCP/IP, SNMP, OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP. Excellent communication skills both oral and written to clearly communicate with clients are a must.

Requirements: In-depth technical knowledge and demonstrated proficiency in scripting using VBScript and JavaScript, Powershell and WMI. Demonstrated proficiency to manage, control, and enforce configuration changes via Microsoft SCCM. Five years of experience in a Windows Server and Linux environment, installing and configuring servers and related products. MCSE/MCITP certification. If the candidate does not have the MCSE/MCITP certification, he must commit to obtaining it within six months of starting work on this project. Demonstrates capacity for organization, prioritization, and management in a dynamically changing environment. Demonstrated problem solving skills, strong conceptual and analytical skills. Senior GIS Developer - Arlington, VA
Elite Systems is looking for a senior level GIS developer to join our team. We are developing an enterprise web-based application for a Federal agency.
Requirements: The ArcObjects Developer will work on a team to design and build applications that incorporate GIS functionality in existing database applications, and assist in moving the spatial data and applications into an ArcSDE for Oracle environment. Must be knowledgeable in ESRI ArcObjects, Visual Basic and/or Visual Studio .NET in VB or C# OOD, ESRI linear referencing models using ArcInfo route systems or geographic networks, and SQL databases. Optional Skills in Java, UML, ArcInfo / ArcEdit helpful.
